Professionals (f/m)

Do you already have career experience and an excellent knowledge of  or a high affinity for working in the automotive industry? For management positions, professionalism and relevant expertise are just as important to Mazda as an exceptional talent for thinking strategically and the ability to communicate your ideas with conviction and enthusiasm.

This way will you be able to bring together all the relevant points-of-view in your team and to successfully implement challenging projects. Excellent oral and written English skills are crucial as well.

 Graduates and Young Professionals (f/m)

At Mazda you will be immediately starting your professional career. You will be provided with an individualised induction programme that will enable you to quickly take responsibility for your own area.

This means that entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit and the ability to think outside the box are as important to us as your previous experience. For most jobs, an excellent knowledge of English is also essential.



Students (f/m)

As a Mazda intern, regardless whetherwithin a voluntary or a compulsory internship, as a working student or when writing your thesis, you will be closely involved in our daily business and current projects.
