Abteilung:

Das Zubehörteam ist verantwortlich für die Planung und Entwicklung Mazda spezifischer original Zubehörartikel, die dem Mazda Qualitätsstandard entsprechen und über das Mazda Netzwerk vertrieben werden.
Beschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Entwicklung von Konzepten für Fahrzeugzubehör unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Produktinformationen und speziellen Anforderungen
- Unterstützung bei der Zusammenstellung und Analyse von Zubehörverkaufsdaten
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Benchmarkstudien
- Organisation von Autoteilen für Foto-Shootings, Motor Shows etc.
- Unterstützung der PR-Abteilung bei Markteinführungen durch die Bereitstellung von produktspezifischen Informationen, Durchführung von Verkaufsanalysen und Organisation von Aktionen zu Verkaufsförderung
- Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft
Qualifikation
Ihr Profil:
- Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Fokus auf Marketing, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches
- Affinität zur Automobilbranche oder erste Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld wünschenswert
- Sehr gute analytische, kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Motivation, Flexibilität sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Spaß an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team und Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insb. Excel und PowerPoint
- Führerschein Klasse B

Das Service Marketing Team bei Mazda Motor Europe entwickelt Marketing Kampagnen für 20+ Märkte in Europa und unterstützt somit die nationalen Vertriebsniederlassungen bei der Vermarktung von Zubehör, Ersatzteilen und Dienstleistungen im lokalen Markt. Weiterhin entwickeln und betreut das Team sogenannte Service Programme, die die Kunden verstärkt an das Unternehmen binden sollen und somit der Steigerung der Loyalität dienen (z.B. Garantieverlängerungen, Mobilitätsgarantie und Digitaler Servicenachweis).
Beschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Entwicklung von Kampagnen und Kommunikationsmaterialien für Zubehör, Teile und Service Programme
- Enger Kontakt zu den nationalen Vertriebsniederlassungen zum Monitoring der Umsetzung europäischer Kampagnen im lokalen Markt
- Pflege der Customer Service Webseiten im Mazda Portal
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zu Servicethemen wie z.B. Garantieverlängerungen oder Mobilitätsgarantie
- Überwachung der Serviceloyalität in Europa
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Web Applikationen für Mazda Händler (z.B. Digitaler Servicenachweis)
- Überprüfung von CRM Daten für Direct Mailings in Kooperation mit Vertriebsniederlassungen und Zulieferern
Qualifikation
Ihr Profil:
- Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Schwerpunkt Marketing oder General Management), Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studienschwerpunkt
- Gerne erste Agenturerfahrung
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Affinität zur Automobilbranche oder erste Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld wünschenswert

Qualification

Das Customer Service Department (CSD) Controlling ist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Umsetzungen eines Controlling-Konzeptes, das die operative und strategische Entscheidungsfindung des Senior Managements unterstützt. Hierzu zählen neben der Koordination auch die Optimierung aller Budget- und Forecast-relevanten Prozesse. Das CSD Controlling ist die Schnittstelle zwischen Mazda Motor Europe und Mazda Corporate Aftersales sowie Mazda Motor Europe Finance und Mazda Corporate Finance. Es sichert das gemeinsame Verständnis vom Finanzstatus des Aftersales-Bereiches auf allen Ebenen.

Mazda's policy is to reimburse dealers fair and quick for all warrantable repairs performed by the dealer. This can only be achieved when dealers are following appropriate guidelines. To ensure this, Mazda Motor Europe is carrying out warranty audits in more than 25 countries. Main sense of such audits is to support dealer in improving warranty handling process in order to ensure appropriate cash flow without losing time and money and to improve customer satisfaction.
Description
Your tasks:
- Follow up European warranty audits
- Summarize reports and identify areas that need to be improved
- Develop and create one to two appropriate eLearnings
- Follow up action plans created during warranty audits
- Analysis of warranty data
- Development of proposals for cost savings
- Support to the customer service team with implementing cost saving measures
- Assist the development of monthly reporting
- Support the creation of appropriate training concepts for European markets
- Judge the quality of warranty audits
Qualification
We ask for:
- Student in Business Administration with main focus on Controlling, Business Informatics or comparable field
- Very good analytical skills
- Firm knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
